My journey started a year ago and wow what a journey it has been so far.

I was cleaning out my closet and found an old pair of jeans I use to wear. I always see those corny pictures where they show someone wearing there old clothes and figured it would be a good way to remember what I use to wear a year ago.

Is my journey done? Where do I go from here?

I have only finished a tiny bit of my journey and would like to be in the best shape of my life beyond even what I am at now. I know I can go further and will be pushing my self to reach my health goals.
