Running Log – Back to Hills

Running Log – Back to Hills

Instead of doing Fartlek’s tonight we voted to do hills. My calves were sensitivity from running with my Vibram’s from last night so I was able to do 4 hills. Our group has found that doing hills improves our pace and leg muscles more then Fartlek’s do. I am not sure if that is a phenomena everyone has but it seems to work for us.
