Caffeine Fueled Exercise Poll
There are tons of caffeine added products on the market for runners and workouts in general that claim to give you a boost of energy. The danger with using caffeine is that it can cause you to be edgy, loose focus and max out your heart rate faster. The other disadvantage is caffeine is a stimulant which will cause you to experience a crash later. I do not believe in using caffeine for workouts what do you feel?
