Last week I competed with both @thinkreferrals and @mortgagenurse to see who can burn more calories in 60 minutes using whatever exercise method they want. Each of us drank one 5 hour energy drink 30 minutes before starting. Each of us had our own method. In the end I was victorious burning the most calories. This week Rainer from @thinkreferrals and Jason the @MortgageNurse and I visited the Surrey Fitness Town to compete in a small calorie burning competition. The rules were simple. Do any type of exercise you want for 60 minutes. Drink a 5 hour energy drink and see who can burn the most calories. Last week I tested myself with the 5 hour energy drink by seeing how far I can push myself with burning calories by harnessing the extra energy. I managed to burn 1206 calories in 75 minutes. This week instead of challenging myself I have put a challenge out to Rainer from @thinkreferrals and Jason the @MortgageNurse.
