Master Cleanse – Day 3 – Clarity
Day 3 of the Master Cleanse was another great day. No hunger pains and a good energy level. Tea that I found tastes really good and is nice to sit and brood over a warm cup of tea. Today was a bit harder because I was surrounded with people eating food around me at lunch. The smell of cheeseburgers and fries certainly was tempting. Then my family decided they wanted pizza. All Veggie Cleanse – Reflections
You are what you eat? Not in this case. I made it 4 days eating only veggies. I thought I would share my reflections on the 4 days… If your going to do this diet it helps to have others doing it with you. The idioms ‘misery loves company’ comes to mind with this diet. Find others for support and it will help. This diet does leave you craving protein so be prepared. On the last day I was really craving protein. I was even surfing food sites from craving it. I suggest you use tofu with as many meals as possible. For myself I ended up not being full on the last day. No matter how much I ate my body kept saying feed me.
