So for dinner we wanted to have something a bit different then stir fry so we started with a baked potato. I used salsa on mine instead of butter, total calories was 130… We made spaghetti squash spinach primavera with all veggies. If you have never had this before it tastes great.   I was challenged by my friend Arlen from Fitness Town this week to do a 4 day veggie cleanse. The challenge is to eat only vegetables for 4 days straight.
