		<description>Just heard a great fix last night from a Langley ultra runner. You need to work your abductor muscles in your legs. He had the same problem and started working them twice a week and now he has no problem!  He said it was a muscle imbalance so he work on the weaker muscles. Good luck Gary!</description>

Hope you had a great race overall. If it makes you feel any better, all the runners at the BMO seemed to be flying by me too, and I was keeping my steady pace! I wonder how they got the energy...

Glad you got your run done though Gary..we had a fairly flat 12 km, our only hill was up 200th to Grade Cres.. Miss ya! See you Wednesday for our last ight of hills!!</description>
