Barefoot Running Log – A Different Group
Week 2 of using my Vibram Five Fingers and wow I can feel the burn in my calf muscles tonight. It is so much fun to run in these and recommend you get a pair to try yourself. Running Log – The Historic Half
Today I completed my first ever Half Marathon Race. It was neat to line up with 1000’s of people and pad off into the cold morning sun. Running Log – Waredrobe Malfunction
Advice given to new runners is to not try anything new on Race Day. You will have lots of temptation to try something new but fight it and here is why.
