Running Log – Taking it Easy
I have my 3rd Half Marathon coming up this weekend and unlike last time when I was training hard up to the last day this time I am just going to take it easy this week. I do not want to have an injury prior to my race but want to keep my legs fresh for the run. I decided to do a 4k run with my friend Scott and keep pace with him for the majority of the race. The group was friendly and lots of people like to talk. Mike the leader is full of energy and makes it fun for the runners.
