Running Log – Take That Hills!

On Wednesday I totally bonked while doing hills. I woke up this morning determined to finish those darn hills. I made my way to the hill which is just around the corner from where I live and completed it 6 times to make up for the 6 I missed. I feel better now knowing they are done.

Do you make up for lost training or just move on?

    I make it up. I hate that nagging feeling of incompletion. Unless its from an injury and then you need to think about if its worth doing etra on a body recoverying from injury. Way to go Gary for getting those hills done! All the training we do is for ourselves and not others so…get it done! =)
