Running Log – Back to Hills
Instead of doing Fartlek’s tonight we voted to do hills. My calves were sensitivity from running with my Vibram’s from last night so I was able to do 4 hills. Our group has found that doing hills improves our pace and leg muscles more then Fartlek’s do. I am not sure if that is a phenomena everyone has but it seems to work for us. We did our hills back at Pain Hill so now my calves are even more sensitive.
Do you prefer hill training or Fartlek training?
