Running Log – Hot in the Winter
Today was hill training night. We did 8 hills at Marathon Hill which was a lot easier then Pain Hill. I felt great running to the hill but after the first hill I started to get hot. Not like a little hot but like I wanted to rip off my clothes hot. I removed my jacket and slipped my iPhone into my back pocket and continued on to do the remaining 7 hills. I felt so much better after taking off my jacket. I am not sure why I got so hot.
Why do you think I did? Do you get hot and feel the need to remove layers?
The run back we took it easy. Now that I am at home my legs are a bit tender and I have a mild headache. I think it might be dehydration so I am drinking lots and lots and lots of water. I hope that is it and ready to go for my fun run with Scott (and Mikey) on Friday.
