Running Log – Up & Down that Ladder

This was week 2 of speed training but for me it was week 1 because I took it easy last Wed. I took it easy again today because my foot is still recouping from my Half Marathon on the weekend. My 2nd toe on both feet are sore and the only thing I can think I did was hit it over and over while doing the many hills in Gibson’s. The other thing might have been that I was wearing to small a sock.

We did a few laps tonight with 4 fartleks. This group does 1 full lap as a fartlek where my previous group counted it as 2. Either way it’s all good. We also did 2 laps doing ladder.

I decided not to use my Garmin because it wasn’t very relative to speed training.
