Fat Dad

Tonight was bring a friend to the group night and I think I was the only one who brought not only 1 but 2.

It was nice to have Scott and Jason out for the run tonight. Jason was keeping a good pace with the group and looked like he enjoyed it. Scott required to go at a bit of a slower pace as it was his first run. I stuck with Scott from start to finish. Pace doesn’t really matter when it comes to training it’s that you get it done. I am happy that both Jason and Scott made the entire distance.

Looking forward to the next run on Sunday where when we do 7k.
