Running Log – A pain in the $@#%!

Pardon my french but if you have never done hill training then you might not know the pain it causes in  your glutes (buttocks) area after doing a hard run. Now it may hurt or be tender after doing it the results of doing hill training is that your pace and distance improve. Tonight we did 5 hills and from my knowledge none of the races I will be doing any time soon has 5 hills.

I couldn’t find very much information about hill training and breathing. Do you have any tips?
