Running Log – Quick Run Around the Block
My new group was doing hills tonight and with my Half Marathon a few days away I wanted to save my legs for it instead. I ran with some of my old group and we did a great pace and had fun running. It is interesting to see how much we have grown since we started and how much stronger we are when we run. I am now able to out of the gate run 2.4km in 12 minutes. I wasn’t even close to being able to do that 3 months ago.
