Running Log – A new route

runninglog

After what feels like weeks of doing the same route over and over and over again we finally did something different tonight. We added a hill to the old route. With the final weeks of the clinic coming close to an end we move up to 6k runs on Tuesday’s. The hill was the same hill we did for the Resolution Run and I remember this hill from the first time I ran. If I recall back to that first day I had to stop 3 times going up that hill. I am proud to say tonight I didn’t have to stop once. No giant cheering section for doing it but in my own mind I know I have got a lot better since starting. Since starting the clinic I have run 385 km’s. With each run and person I meet who is a runner I learn something new.
