		<description>Try baked salmon marinated in a cilantro pesto (of sorts - basically blend cilantro, olive oil, salt, pepper, celery and some pine nuts to fuse).. bake till done..  really really good with a vinaigrette dressing on field greens.  Excellent for OMEGA-3 and protein.</description>
